Large Canarian style villa in quiet location. Only 8-10 minutes drive to some spectacular beaches. Build 250m2 to high specifications. Through the studded wooden doors you will enter into an inner courtyard which has a fountain. All the rooms lead off the inner courtyard. The villa sleeps a maximum of ten people and has four bedrooms. 2 of the Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with marble surrounds. The master bedroom also has a walk in dressing room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with marble sink surround with large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a granite double sink and work surfaces. There are patio doors that lead from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom onto the pool area and terrace from where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a rural location. In the village there is everything you would need, from typical Canarian bars and restaurants plus a main supermarket for all your provisions, pharmacy, several windsurfing shops and a wonderful French patisserie.

Tres Palmeras is situated in a rural position with the peaceful village of Lajares being a 15 min walk. Here you will find traditional Canarian style restaurants and bars. There is also a pharmacy, where they speak English and a large supermarket where you can buy everything you need. There is also an artisan shop where you can watch lace making and embroidery. The village of El Cotillo is a 8 min drive. Here you will find some excellent beaches and lagoons which are safe for young children. There are also several good fish restaurants where you can sit and watch the spectacular sunsets that El Cotillo is famous for. The large town of Corralejo is a 12 min drive. In Corralejo there are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit every taste as well as a vibrant nightlife.
